Your obligations, handled
If your business operates air conditioning or refrigeration containing fluorinated gases, you’re responsible for making sure it’s leak checked at the required intervals, worked on only by certified engineers and properly recorded.
We carry out the checks, maintain your equipment register and keep every record in your client portal, so you can show compliance whenever you’re asked.

Common questions
Who is responsible for F-Gas compliance?
The operator of the equipment, usually the business with day-to-day control of it. We carry out the checks and keep the records, but legal responsibility stays with the operator, which is why clear records matter.
Can you provide records for an audit?
Yes. Your records are available in the client portal, and we can produce a summary for auditors, insurers or landlords.
Need an engineer on site?
Book a survey, arrange a service visit or report a fault, and the right engineer will get back to you.
