What to do when a system fails
If refrigeration has stopped, keep doors closed to hold temperature and move critical stock if you can. If air conditioning has failed in a server or comms room, check for any high-temperature alarms and reduce the load where possible.
Then call us. Tell us the site, the equipment and what’s happening, and we’ll advise while an engineer is on the way.
